Credit, three hours. A rudimentary course in general music reading designed to provide worship technology majors with a basic set of recognition and application skills. Emphasis will be on recognizing basic music notation, charts, keys and key changes, dynamics, choral (SATB) scoring, and principles of melody, harmony and rhythm.
