Credit, two hours. (Spanish / Italian) An introduction to the phonetics of Italian, Latin and Spanish for singing. The course will survey solo vocal literature in Italian, Latin, and Spanish from the Renaissance to the present with an emphasis on style, interpretation, and presentation of solo materials for all voice classifications. Prerequisite(s): Diction and Song Literature I.
