KIN 134 Faith-Based Fitness Credit, two hours. This course is designed to assist the individual in pursuing the concept of whole person health based on Mark 12:30-31, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” The individual will learn how to make wise choices regarding nutrition and exercise that impact well-being, honor God, and focus on Jesus as the model for wellness.
