EN 410 Medieval Literature and Culture Credit, three hours. A study of selected texts from the Anglo-Saxon and Medieval periods. The course may focus on the period as a whole, a genre, a single author (e.g. Chaucer), or a specific movement or theme. Texts may be read in Middle English, as well as in translation. Prerequisite(s): EN 101 , EN 102 , and three additional hours in literature above the freshman level.
