Credit, four hours. An introduction to the fundamental concepts of chemistry with practical applications related to environmental issues. This course fulfills one of the laboratory science requirements of the core curriculum. It will not count toward meeting the requirements for chemistry minors. Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory.
