TE 419 Diagnostic and Corrective Reading Emphasizes procedures and instruments for evaluating reading proficiency, determining individual reading difficulties, and designing and implementing programs for correction of reading problems. Requires a minimum of 14 hours of professional field experiences in school settings. Prerequisite(s): TE 305 and TE 411 or TE 413 , admission into a teacher education program. Credit, three hours.
