BIO 340 Marine Biology


A general survey of marine plants, invertebrates and vertebrates, the communities they form, and the physical and chemical factors that influence them. Field trips to marsh and beach habitats, sampling from research vessels, and laboratory exercises serve to introduce students to the diversity of marine habitats and organisms.
