An introduction to key literary texts from the Enlightenment to the present. Continued emphasis on writing from EN 111H and EN 112H. Students should be prepared for extensive reading and advanced assignments, including individual projects and supplemental reading. Prerequisite(s): 27 or higher ACT score or permission of instructor. Credit, three hours.
