EN 111H Honors English

An advanced course in writing designed to provide training in critical thinking, reading skills, and analytical writing. Includes a study of research methods and the writing of documented papers. Students should already have a basic mastery of mechanics and be prepared for more advanced readings, challenging assignments, and rigorous standards. Prerequisite(s): 27 or higher ACT score or permission of instructor. Credit, three hours.
