Master of Arts in History with a Concentration in Education

Students pursuing the M.A. in History with a concentration in Education will take 18 hours of graduate-level courses in History and 18 hours of graduate-level courses in Education. The total required hours for the degree is 36 hours.

The following courses are required with the option to choose between TE 504 or TE 509, for a total of 18 Semester Hours.
- TE 504 : Introduction to Exceptional Children OR TE 509 : Strategies for the Inclusive Classroom (Students who have completed an Introduction to Exceptional Children and Youth course in a prior certification program may take Strategies for the Inclusive Classroom to meet this requirement) (3 hours).
