Credit, three hours. Course that examines the physiological and psychological principles informing our understanding of how humans interact with and experience music. Students will research and discuss topics related to sound production, acoustics, music perception and learning, and the effects of sound and music on human behavior and subsequently apply their learning to their teaching environment.
