CMS 375 Ministry Skills for Women

A study of basic ministry skills unique to women. This course explores such ministry skills as personal development, personal evangelism, discipling/mentoring, church staff relations, effective communication, conflict management, and crisis ministry. Usually offered every odd numbered spring. Credit, three hours.
