EN 112H Honors English

An advanced course in writing designed to provide training in critical thinking, reading skills, and analytical writing in the context of works from the medieval through the early modern period of Western civilization. Includes a study of research methods and the writing of documented papers. Students should already have a basic mastery of mechanics and be prepared for more advanced readings, challenging assignments, and rigorous standards. Credit, three hours.
