AR 300 Graphic Design I


An introduction to visual communications including the relationship between word and image in a two-dimensional space. A focus is placed on idea development, design and visual perception and the entire process from visualization to production. Major topics include: the elements and principles of design as applied to graphic design, typography, and basic design theory. Prerequisite(s): AR 222 , AR 226 . Credit, three hours.
