A minor in education consists of 18 semester hours, including:

• TE 201 Foundations of Education
• TE 301 Human Growth and Development
• TE 304 Introduction to Exceptional Children and Youth
• TE 406 Early Childhood Curriculum
• TE 410 Developmentally Appropriate Practice in Early Childhood Education

• Advisor-approved TE course (300/400 level)

The minor in education does not lead to a teaching certificate.
