BA 554 Seminar in Strategy Formulation and Administration

Presents a capstone study which examines executive-level policy and decision-making processes in setting goals, determining objectives, and developing action plans. The course emphasizes tactical and strategic planning through the use of relevant problems, interactive computer projects, and case studies that include organizational, social, ethical, political, financial, and economic factors. Prerequisite: credit for or registration in the other required courses. WILL BE TAKEN IN STUDENT’S LAST YEAR OF STUDY. Credit, three hours.
