AT 590 Clinical I-Pediatric/ Adolescent Emphasis

Credit, two hours.
This 16-week (2-week immersion; 14-week experience) clinical practicum will emphasize continuity of skills required for patient assessment, care, treatment and rehabilitation of the injured athlete under the direct supervision of the clinical supervisor (preceptors) within a middle/ high school setting. Emphasis will be placed on the lower extremity. Minimum of 200 hours per semester, not including immersion. Two hour clinical. Prerequisite(s): Admission into the MAT program and successful completion of all courses within Term I.
