PSY 444 Catalyst, Psychology of Leadership

Credit, three hours.
This course is designed to help the student gain a deeper understanding of the psychological dynamics of leadership. Individual personality traits of well-known leaders will be examined to better understand their approach to decision making, conflict management, cooperation and competition, and developing a shared vision and purpose. A significant portion of this course will include participation in the Catalyst Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia in the fall of each year.
