CMS 403 Intercultural Leadership An examination of leadership principles and practices of Christian personnel working in intercultural settings, both domestically and internationally. Special emphasis is placed on the unique roles of volunteer, short-term, and career workers in multicultural environments. Case studies and personal interviews are included. Prerequisite(s): CMS 299 . Usually offered every spring semester. (WI) Credit, three hours.
