MUE 111.1 Worship Choir

Credit, one hour.
This course provides the students with opportunity to participate in and direst vocal ensembles similar to those found in local churches. Worship Choir will prepare students to sing in a SATB (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) and SAT (Soprano, Alto, Tenor) church choir format, as well as sing modern worship songs taught using “head charts.” Senior Worship Leadership majors will student direct select rehearsals, giving them the hands-on experience of preparing and leading an effective worship choir rehearsal. Students will participate in select events throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. Course is repeatable for credit.
