ESL 372 Teaching English as a Second Language Foundations

Credit, three hours.
A survey of cross-cultural English language instruction, both locally and globally, in issues related to TESL. Students are introduced to the foundational principles and hands-on practices of teaching English as a second language in meeting the educational, social, and spiritual needs of international students, refugees, and immigrants.
