MGT 545 Coaching and Consulting for the Organization
Credit, three hours Students are introduced to appropriate techniques for designing coaching and consulting practices as they relate to leadership. Topics examined throughout the course will include the variety of models for coaching/consulting and strategic differences between internal and external constituencies.
